i found THE staff so great. the dyson hairdryer and tv with netflix and disney plus were good extras. the gym and pool were relaxing. the combination of the bar and restaurants offered plenty of choices.
the room was a little tiny for a longer stay, without sufficient space for luggage storage.
Rooms
9/10
the room had a modern design with a comfortable bed and a rainfall shower. there were complimentary toiletries provided and the lighting was soft. i also noticed the room included blackout curtains which helped ensure a good night's sleep.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel features a well-equipped gym, including cardio machines and free weights. i saw a stylish rooftop bar and restaurant, offering panoramic views. a heated indoor pool and sauna are open until late in the evening too.
Location
8/10
the hotel is close to a tram line, providing easy access to the city center. a nearby arena is within walking distance too. i also noted the immediate area around the hotel felt safe and walkable.
Service
10/10
the staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful with directions. restaurant staff were attentive and quick to address requests. i noticed housekeeping kept all public areas spotlessly clean during the day.
